Lucy Mecklenburgh has admitted she struggled with her mental health when she became a new mum, and credits her fiancé Ryan Thomas with helping her through it.
She welcomed her baby Roman, now 10-months, last year just days before the country was plunged into lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
And the former TOWIE star, 29, says if she didn't have her supportive man Ryan, 36, by her side, she wouldn't have been able to do it.
Speaking to OK! magazine, the mum-of-one said: "The whole world went into lockdown and I had a 10-day old baby. It was very surreal.

"Thank God Ryan and I make a really good team and we look out for each other. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without him."
Lucy has lost four stone since giving birth to Roman in March and she says her fitness regime has helped her both physically and mentally.
She added: "I think mental health is definitely something I had to focus on, and working out just makes me feel better and more positive.

"I can notice a difference if I don't go for a walk or do a little workout."
Lucy and Ryan have been together since 2017 after they met while participating in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls together.
In March 2020 they welcomed Roman, while Ryan is also dad to Scarlett, 12, with his ex Tina O'Brien.

In the same interview, Lucy also admitted that their wedding is on hold while Roman is so little.
She explained: "It's definitely on the back burner.
"It's been a tough year for everyone and with us having a baby, it's definitely not a focus. We just don't know how long it's going to be until the world feels a little bit more normal.
"We're going to wait until everything calms down and we'll start planning. It's something exciting to look forward to."
