Sky's Jacquie Beltrao has revealed the huge pile of supplements she takes as she fights cancer.
The Olympic gymnast turned sports presenter posted a picture of her "breakfast" to Instagram – a large pile of more than 30 assorted herbal remedies and vitamins in various shapes, sizes and colours.
She washed them all down with a hot drink.
"Breakfast anyone????" Jacquie wrote, as she started the day at her computer over the weekend.
When a follower queried what Jacquie was taking, she shared the long list of alternative therapies and vitamins.
She wrote: "Turmeric, fish oil, oregano oil, sulfurophane, indole carbinole 3, vit D, magnesium, red clover, grape seed, psyllium husk, sodium butyrate, apple cider vinegar, reservation, dandelion root, honokiol, lycopene, berberine, reishi & a probiotic."

The large number of vitamins and alternative therapies included the broccoli extract sulforaphane, which studies show may well be an effective weapon in the fight against cancer. Turmeric and grape seed have also been the subject of investigation by cancer researchers.
However one of the pills, red clover, has been found in some lab experiments to stimulate the production of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cells – meaning it is not recommended for estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer sufferers.
Dublin-born presenter Jacquie spent last year fighting a resurgence of the breast cancer she first developed seven years ago.
The 55-year-old revealed in June that the cancer had come back in a "more aggressive" form.
When a follower queried what Jacquie was taking, she answered: "Turmeric, fish oil, oregano oil, sulfurophane, indole carbinole 3, vit D, magnesium, red clover, grape seed, psyllium husk, sodium butyrate, apple cider vinegar, reservation, dandelion root, honokiol, lycopene, berberine, reishi & a probiotic"
The mother-of-three later told Lorraine Kelly she found it "really hard to deal with" her illness returning.
"It was really hard to deal with at first because it was worse than last time", she said, "it was more aggressive.
"It's a grade three stage four, which means I will probably be dealing with this for all of my life."

The horrified presenter took to Instagram to beg fans not to be taken in by the duplicate page, which was contacting many and asking for money.
Sharing a screengrab, she wrote: "PLEASE everyone this is someone impersonating me for money – I do not have a private account – they have copied all my content please DO NOT interact with them – I have reported it to Instagram."
In response, a concerned fan said they had been sent a picture of a woman in hospital by the page.
They wrote: "Yes just had them asking me for money. They have even sent me a picture of you in hospital which is definitely like you. I am so, so sorry Jacquie."
