Jacqueline Jossa has vowed to kickstart a healthier lifestyle in the New Year.
The I’m A Celebrity 2019 champion, has made a promise to herself to start eating healthy after she failed to start off the new year with a clean slate.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Sunday night, the 28-year-old actress said she needs to "sort out" her lifestyle habits.
Jacqueline candidly admitted she's done "zero" since the start of the year and vowed to stop scoffing her daughters' leftover chips and nuggets
The former EastEnders star also declared she's going to commit to an exercise regime in a bid to feel good about herself again.

Sharing her intentions with her 3.9 million Instagram followers, the proud mum-of-two wrote: "I need to start working out and eating better.
"I know it's January and everyone starts January with a bang, but I literally have done 0 and it's getting to me now.
"Tomorrow I have to sort it out, even if it's just something little."

Jacqueline, who shares daughters Ella, 5, and Mia, 2, with former TOWIE star Dan Osborne, insisted it's difficult to stay on track when caring for young children.
The much-loved TV star admitted that she finds it hard to be healthy due to her busy lifestyle, and she often finds herself "wolfing down" her little ones' leftovers because she is so hungry.
“They have like chips, nuggets, and beans and leave half of it and then I end up wolfing it down because I'm hungry,” she explained.

Despite her setbacks, Jacqueline has remained positive about her New Year's resolution, and she took later encouraged fans to be kinder to themselves during lockdown.
Taking to her Stories, she explained: "Monday I'm going to come with some energy. I'm going to try and do a tiny workout of like 15 minutes. I'm not going to push myself.
"I'm going to do a walk. I'm going to smash homeschooling, and I'm going to eat healthily. Who's with me?"
