Mark Labbett was forced to apologise to his co-stars on Beat The Chasers after his major blunder saw them lose £40,000.

The 55-year-old, known as The Beast on the hit quiz show, was uncharacteristically remorseful as he admitted he "screwed up" this evening,

During the first round of tonight's episode, the Chasers were up against Kev, who impressed after getting all five questions correct.

But the Chasers were wary and gave him incredibly difficult offers with limited time advantages, leading Kev to choose to take on four Chasers for £40,000.

This led Mark to sheepishly turn to his co-stars and issue them an apology.
