Kelly Brook says she crept up to size 16 and couldn’t fit in clothes in lockdown

Kelly Brook become a size 14-16 and she was left unable to fit in her clothes in lockdown before recent weight loss.

Initially in the national clampdown, the radio presenter admitted she piled on the pounds and crept back up to a size 14-16.

However, the star bemoaned being unable to fit in her "lovely clothes" on her return to work at Heart FM.

The model then made the tweaks to her diet to ensure she felt good about the way she looked.

She told Hello! magazine in a new interview: "As much as I enjoy being voluptuous, when I go up to a size 14-16 my boobs get way too big for my body.

"I couldn't fit into any of my lovely clothes and didn't feel good about the way I looked."

Since her clothes disaster, Kelly has stuck to her SlimFast 3-2-1 meal plan which keeps her happy.

Its a meal plan which allows her to have three snacks, two shakes and one main meal a day to maintain her gorgeous figure.

Her recent weight loss has left her feeling more confident than ever before.

She added: "I'm thrilled with how I look and feel happier, healthier and more confident than ever."

Kelly has been loved-up with her man Jeremy Parisi for some time now.

The TV personality told The Mirror recently how she would love to get married and have children.

However, she insisted she's in no rush.

"I would love to get married at some point. It's not high on my list," says Kelly.

"I'd love to have children at some point too, but that's not high on my list either."
