I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star Hollie Arnold opened up about her disability on Saturday's episode while chatting to her campmate Vernon Kay.
Hollie, 26, is a gold medallist in javelin throwing, and competes in the Paralympics as she was born without her right forearm.
The star explained she was happy to talk about it as it is a part of her life, and she would rather people felt comfortable to ask.
The conversation began after all of the celebs played a game of tag in the castle's courtyard.

Vernon asked Hollie how she trained before a big sporting event.
Hollie revealed much of her gruelling training is to do with medicine balls and big atlas weights.
Talking in the Telegraph, Vernon said: "Hollie is a Paralympian, there’s one point where she held every major title in her category which is amazing.”
Hollie told Vernon that she trained both her right and left shoulders.
Hollie said she is happy Vernon asked about her disability
Talking in the Telegraph, Hollie said: "Me and Vernon had a chat in the courtyard, we spoke about my disability.
"I’d rather people asked, it’s a part of me, I’m really open about it."
Vernon added: "I feel really privileged in this camp to have two people like Mo and Hollie amongst us.
Vernon asked Hollie about how she trains
"Two Olympians, I’m fascinated about how they dedicate and commit themselves."
Long distance runner Mo, who is the most successful British track athlete in Olympic history, revealed he listens to music when he is training and that he just puts his wife’s playlists on shuffle.
As the chat turned to the stars' first ever jobs, Mo also revealed that his first ever job was in McDonalds and that he made the burgers out back.
Vernon is in awe at athletes Hollie and Mo
Jessica Plummer, who is now a singer and actress, said she worked in a jewellery shop for one day.
Meanwhile Vernon said: "I worked in a banana factory sticking stickers on bananas in Bolton, a banana ripening factory.
"I did it until I was 22 before I moved to London. I did it every summer.
Later he added" "Some of my jobs sound awful but I loved every single minute of what I did.
"I made great friends whilst I was sticking stickers on bananas.
"I nearly blew up the banana factor by the way but that is a different story altogether!"
