A "poster girl" sergeant has quit the force after she was allegedly "bullied" about being accused of travelling around the world on sick leave – a claim she denies.
Leanne Carr's claims her former colleagues previously accused her of sharing saucy pictures from exotic locations while she was off work with a stress-related illness.
However, the 35-year-old has now quit Lincolnshire Police and denied claims she travelled while on sick leave.
The ex-officer previously shared pictures of her posing on a beach in Cyprus, on the Thai island Phi Phi, and snowboarding in Austria.
At the time, Lincolnshire Police said there were no rules preventing officers from taking holidays when they are off with illness.
Sources said they could not confirm whether Ms Carr took the trips while off with stress, but the photos were posted during that time.
Yesterday she wrote on Instagram : "Since when did it become acceptable to judge someone based on the way they look?

"No-one deserves to be treated differently or less favourable, regardless of their occupation or title within that job.
"I like the same things as everyone else, travel (during my own leave not whilst off sick as previous trolling alleged), working out and looking after my body and streaming games and my workouts on Twitch. Is there anything wrong with that?"
In another post, Ms Carr said she had left the force due to the "negativity".
She wrote: "Bullying, harassment and victimisation is not okay. Not on any level.

"After 14 years service as a Police Constable, Police Sergeant and Police Inspector I am immensely proud of myself. I achieved that through hard work, determination, sacrifices and a love for serving the public.

Her colleagues previously expressed fury over claims she had travelled while on sick leave.
She was seen as a poster girl for the force and is in a YouTube video called A Day in the Life of a Rural Crime Officer.
In March 2017, she was interviewed as part of a PR stunt that involved crushing a car seized from an illegal hare courser.
The officer was off work from June 2017 after becoming the subject of an internal misconduct inquiry. Bosses said the undisclosed matter had been dealt with.
She returned on “recuperative duties” in January 2018 and then started full-time again, before eventually quitting the force.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman today confirmed to The Lincolnite: “We can confirm that Sergeant Carr has resigned. We thank her for her service as a police officer.”
Lincolnshire Police has been contacted for further comment.
