Viewers tuned into last night's I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here to witness the first live trial of the series were left disgusted by the amount of cheating that was going on.
The 12 campmates were summoned in front of Ant and Dec and split into two rival groups – the lords and ladies – and tasked with competing for coins through a series of hair-raising challenges.
The pressure was on with the winners being treated to a banquet after the show – which went out live on ITV on Friday night.
In the end, the award was eventually handed to the male stars – but not before numerous acts of deception were observed by annoyed fans – with many seemingly missed by Ant and Dec and the production crew.

In the first trial, Shane Richie and Jordan North went up against the girls to dip their heads in a trough of offal and slime to dig out coins with their mouths.
The campmates appeared to be having difficulty locating the plastic chips with their faces, prompting Shane to take underhand tactics.
Viewers clocked the former EastEnders actor using his hand to find the objects in the gunk before picking them up with his face – which Ant and Dec said was banned at the start of the trial.

Fans also noticed Ruthie Henshall using their same trick to try and win coins for her team, with one tweeting: "I can't believe that woman… what a cheat!"
If that wasn't enough, Ruthie then went a step further by lying to the hosts about how many coins she had collected once the trial was over.
After proudly announcing she had picked up three stars with Hollie Anold MBE – the same scor as the boys – Dec went over to double check and found they had in fact only acquired two stars.

Things didn't get much better for the girls when EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer was called up to take on AJ Pritchard in a challenge that saw the pair putting their heads in a box full of rats.
Before getting into place, the campmates had to be locked into stocks but a nervous Jessica was too jumpy to assume her position.
After a masked ITV production assistant struggled to get her into the wooden structure in time, Jessica was left able to complete the trial with the full motion of her arm – while AJ had to make do with using just his hand.
As the end klaxon sounded, a delighted Jessica revealed she had achieved the same number of coins as the Strictly star – leaving viewers furious with her advantage.

The Strictly's stars range of motion was restricted with both arms in the stocks
"I’m sorry but jess should be disqualified. she took so long that they didn’t even clamp her hands. she had a clear advantage over aj. not okay," said one annoyed viewer.
While others said the game was 'rigged' to make it more even between AJ and Jessica.
There was also more blatant rule-breaking going on in Friday night's episode away from the trials.
Vernon Kay and Giovanni Fletcher were seen making secret messages to their family – which is banned on the ITV reality show.
Vernon Kay couldn't resist giving messages to his family
Govanni put her hand to her nose – which has been revealed to be a message to her kids Buzz, six, Buddy, four and Max, two, with McFly singer Tom Fletcher – so that her youngsters know she is thinking of them while she's away.
While Vernon was much less discreet with his behaviour.
He approached the camera and mouthed the words 'Hi mum' and 'Hi family' to his loved ones back home.
While AJ Pritchard also cried out 'Happy Birthday dad' before he endured his trial.
It is said that the gestures – which have also been noted in Shane Richie – have not gone unnoticed by the production crew who are thinking of suitable punishments for offenders.

But for now it's the girls that have landed themselves in trouble after losing the live trial.
They will face a suitably grim Bushtucker Trial that was teased at the end of last night's episode.
While the boys headed back to camp to await a spectacular banquet after beating their rivals.
I'm A Celebrity continues on ITV tonight at 8:45pm
