Jacqueline Jossa is preparing to take the stage in the West End.

And ahead of her stint treading the boards in A Christmas Carol, the former EastEnders star, 28, has shared with her fans that she is following a healthy diet plan.

On Wednesday evening, the mother-of-two took to her Instagram stories to reveal that in a bid to "feel better" about herself she has turned to pre-made meals that she says will be easy for her to enjoy with her busy schedule.

As she sat in her kitchen with a tasty meal in front of her, she told: "Guys I have started my meal prep again after being constantly on the go and on the move I just need to sort it out, sort it out, sort it out. I was really enjoying it before.
