Loose Women's first ever male spin off Loose Men is set to air on Thursday with hosts Ronan Keating, Iain Stirling, Marvin Humes and Roman Kemp.
In honour of International Men's Day, the men will discuss heart-wrenching issues including therapy and mental health battles.
They also talk about modern dating and gender roles in ITV's special episode for Loose Women’s ongoing ‘Stand By Your Men’ strand, part of their award-winning Lighten The Load campaign.
Marvin opens the show by shining a light on just how much men are battling with their mental health, saying: “It is International Men’s Day which is extremely important.

"Men are struggling and the stats say it all.
"Every day 12 men take their own lives by suicide, it remains the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49.
"One in three men are victims of domestic abuse and 33 men a day die from prostate cancer.”

Roman opens up on his experience of therapy, and explains that his wife Storm suggests to him when he is stressed that he speak to a therapist who gives him tools to help him cope.
Iain makes the point that men tend not to talk about their health, mental or otherwise, and it can be to their detriment.
The conversation then moves to dating, as Iain admits he still feels pressure to be the one who initiates and pays, because he is a man.
Marvin Humes opens up on dating before Rochelle
Marvin, who is married to Rochelle Humes, tells the story of when he was younger and a girl astonished him when she asked him out.
Ronan says: “Ten years ago, with my wife on my first date, she paid… She was adamant.
"She was like ‘I ain’t letting no pop star pay for me, you ain’t coming in here thinking you’re the big man.’
"And I was ok with it. It’s about yourself and what you are comfortable with, rather than tradition.”
And Iain also opens up on how he would feel if his girlfriend Laura Whitmore proposed to him.
