Helen Flanagan is still haunted by her I'm A Celebrity experience.
The Coronation Street star is brought back to that dark place just by the sight of presenters Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.
And she did not hold back during a chance encounter at an airport, many years after her hellish jungle ordeal.
Helen saw the cheeky Geordie duo while collecting her luggage with daughter Matilda – and was not complimentary about the pair.
Pointing at Ant and Dec, Helen said: "Look, it's those two men who made mummy's life a misery'."
However, they would argue that Helen was responsible for driving them mad during an agonising series for Bushtucker Trials.

When Helen headed to Aussie jungle back in 2012, she made the fatal error of exposing herself as a bit of a scaredy cat during the first episode.
From that point on she was voted by the ruthless British public to take part in seven trials in a row.
During the first trial, Bug Burial, frightened Helen quit early on while competing against Conservative MP Nadine Dorries, who also jumped out early.
The two women competed against each other again in the eating trial – with Nadine claiming victory.
Next up was the elaborate Cruelty Towers, a hotel full of different rooms, but Helen quit within minutes and failed to get out the first room.

It proved too much for Helen as she walked away with no stars and no meals, so the agitated camp started to get hungry and angry.
Finally it looked like the tide may finally be turning during Come Dive With Me when Helen somehow managed to claim four stars while diving inside a tank full of crocodiles.
But in twist they were all disallowed because she grabbed the stars with her hands instead of her mouth.
Helen would later confess: "I remember I did this trial, ugh, vile, I hate crocodiles, I had to go underneath the water and get these stars, but I forgot I had to get them with my mouth, but I was so worked up I just didn't think."
It wasn't just Helen's campmates who grew frustrated, as the crew were annoyed that they were putting so much effort into planning the trials for their efforts to be wasted.

Laura Whitmore, who presented sister show Get Me Out of Here! NOW!, claimed the show team were not happy with Helen's "diva antics".
"Ant and Dec have lost patience with her and I think most of the crew hate her since she bailed out of the Bug Burial Trial," Laura told The Sun.
"Months of preparation, health and safety checks goes into those trials. So to do all that and have Helen walk away after just ten seconds is annoying."
Even Ant and Dec grew impatient – with the usually cheery Geordie lads unable to hide their frustrations during Rodent Run.
After much back and forth, Helen was eventually encouraged to get on the giant hamster wheel inside a big cage.
Helen's refusal to do the trials back in 2012 didn't go down well
As soon as the klaxon sounded for the trial to start Helen shouted out: "I'm really freaking out please let me out."
Helen claimed her reason for leaving was because it was her fifth trial.
When Ant and Dec watched the footage back this year, they poked fun at the Corrie star's excuses.
"That wasn’t her fifth trial because she did three and a half seconds of one trial," claimed Ant.
Dec added: "And then passed on three of them."
Ant continued: "You haven’t done five trials, you’ve looked at five trials."
Ant and Dec were visibly annoyed with Helen
In another clip of a failed task where Helen claimed she had tried her best, Ant replied: "Well, you didn’t, did you?"
The Coronation Street actress went on to add,: "I am really, really trying."
Watching back the moment, Dec chimed in with: "You’re not."
There was not much hope when the public chose Helen to compete in the live trial, Bad Day at the Office, in front of the rest of her campmates.
She had to put her face in a photocopier full of cockroaches and get treats from the animal infested vending machine.
To her credit, terrified Helen did manage to get five out of the twelve stars.

Helen actually escaped doing a trial the following day as the public had mercy.
From that point on the camp decided between themselves who would do the trials, so Helen never entered the Bushtucker clearing ever again.
Helen was eliminated on day 16 and left the camp in seventh place, but the fear of those trials has never gone away.
Last year, Helen took to Instagram to discuss her famous spell in the jungle.
"Right so I'm just catching up now on I'm A Celebrity," the 30-year- old said, "Just the thought of when Ant and Dec come on and say, 'For this challenge', it just gives me the fear.
"I remember as well when they used to explain things to me about the trials, I'd panic because I'd be so scared like when they used to talk to me about things I wouldn't even process because I'd be so worked up."
Helen looked delighted when she was told she was leaving
Helen has also revealed she will be letting her daughter Matilda, who was born in 2015, watch the awkward clips of her attempting the trials.
"She's going to find it hilarious," said Helen.
Despite being given a rough time by the merciless public, Helen did admit she looks back on her time in camp with fondness.
"To be fair, even though I was beyond rubbish at the trials, it was an amazing experience when I do look back on it," she said.
The horrible experience hasn't stopped Helen from watching the show every year.
Helen shared a pic of her struggling during a trial
Helen shared a photo of herself attempting a heights-based challenge with make-up smeared across her face due to the tears.
And confessed it had been sent to her by her mother-in-law, adding: "Heights are not my favourite"
There have been a few comparisons made between Helen and Radio 1 DJ Jordan North already this year.
But Helen revealed she is supporting Giovanna Fletcher and former Corrie co-star Beverley Callard.
