I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! hosts Ant and Dec have accidentally revealed their filming schedule — and it looks absolutely gruelling.
The Geordie duo took to their Instagram Story on Tuesday night to share a video from behind-the-scenes of the ITV show, and written on a whiteboard in the back of the clip was their to-do list for the day.
A typical day starts at 5:15pm and doesn't finish until 12:45am, with the trials recorded at around 11:15pm, despite the show only going on air from 9pm to 10pm.
The first job of the day starts with the recording of their voiceovers for the night's episode, before they have a script meeting over video call on Zoom.

Ant and Dec then have to watch through the footage from the upcoming episode, go through any last minute script changes and head to makeup and wardrobe.
An hour before the show starts they record their opening lines and have one final rehearsal for the show.
From 9pm to 10pm the main part of their job is happening when they're live to the nation as the show airs.

After that they travel back to the staff compound where they will have a 15 minute break and get makeup and wardrobe touch-ups, before having another Zoom meeting.
Then at 11:15pm they will record the Bushtucker Trial for the next day, which will see them working until after midnight.
After their schedule was shared on social media, fans shared their surprise at how long Ant and Dec's day is.

One tweeted: "It takes a lot of work to produce something that at first glance comes together naturally. Well done to the whole team."
"When it looks effortless you know there has been hard work going on!" another posted.
A third said: "How come they’re recording trials in the evening? I just assumed they’d do them the next morning. Guess darkness makes them dramatic and it fits usual IAC format, but late nights!"
