The family of a woman who was stabbed to death have paid tribute to the much-loved grandma and mum.

Marie Gladders was fatally stabbed in Stockland Green, Birmingham last Thursday.

Following the 51-year-old's death she was described as a 'beautiful
mother' in a loving statement from her family, Birmingham Mail reported.

They said: “We are beyond devastated and heartbroken over the tragic
loss of our beautiful mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, partner
and friend.

“To lose her in such a cruel way is deeply saddening, and we pray that
justice is served for her. We hope that she is at peace now.

being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.”
