Over the last few weeks we've seen a number of fast food chain workers taking to TikTok to share company secrets.
For example,we've been taken inside a Wetherspoons kitchen to see how they make curries and a KFC employee revealed how the chicken giants really make their gravy.
A number of people claiming to work at McDonald's have also gone viral for their videos, explaining everything from how to get unsalted fries to drive-thru facts.
But the most recent video to cause a stir online sees a woman discuss how to get free food from McDonald's.
Benita Jadah, who claims to work at a US branch of the company, made the video, which has garnered over 31,000 likes.

McDonald's shares where ingredients really come from – including burgers and fries
The young woman says: "I'm gonna teach you guys the proper way how to get free food from McDonald's.
"So say we mess up your order or like we take really long to bring it out, you're not gonna believe this, if you come in cool and collected we will literally replace your food and probably give you a refund.
"We're human too and nobody likes to get yelled at.
"I get why you'd be upset, but you will get so much more and get so much further if you just come in with a super good attitude."

Hundreds of people commented on the video, with several other employees agreeing with her words.
"I work at McDonald's too… and this is true," wrote one.
Another said: "LMAOO so true the second I hear the slightest attitude I make sure they pay for everything (unless it was our fault obviously)."
A third replied: "It works, I've done it twice now."
"They did this to me," added someone else. "My order took ages and I was nice to them and they gave me my food for free."
A different user pointed out why you should never be rude to a hospitality worker anyway, responding: "I could never disrespect or be rude to anyone making my drink/food cuz your food/drink is in their hands any they can literally put anything in it."
