Sex Clinic viewers repulsed by man who hasn’t washed his penis in decades

The opening of a TV sex clinic on E4 was always going to spark a reaction from viewers, but there was one person who checked in who genuinely repulsed those watching.

Zach came to the clinic to see Dr Naomi Sutton, complaining that his manhood was emitting a "nasty smell" and, unfortunately, that was as nice as it got.

Dr Naomi explained that the build up at the tip of his penis was known as ‘smegma’ and it turns out that the 24-year-old had never properly washed his junk.

Cue synchronised retching across the country before reviled viewers took to Twitter to share an incredulous gasp at what they were watching.

It wasn’t the first time that Zach had suffered ‘down there’, as he admitted on the show that he "had the clap" previously and had also "caught gonorrhoea from some lass, too".

He had been in pain for the past nine months and had been unable to retract his foreskin but instead of seeking help in the private surrounds of his local GP, decided to roll out his problem for all the nation to ‘admire’.

As Dr Naomi had a look at the painful penis, Zach admitted that he had found it "quite upsetting" catching a number of sexually transmitted diseases.

The way to ‘cure’ the problem was a good scrub according to the good doctor and it was then that the 24-year-old admitted, "I’ve never cleaned my foreskin before."

Dr Naomi Sutton looked to defend Zach after a Twitter onslaught had called out the guy for his uncleanliness.

She tweeted: "Lots of talk on social media about Zach #thesexclinic It is not uncommon to see #Smegma on examination in clinic; he is NOT the only one who has experienced this problem #keeptalking #letstalkaboutsex #nojudgement #stopstigma"

The idea of the show was to break down taboos surrounding sex and sexual health, as latest figures have shown that an STI is diagnosed every four minutes across the country.
