This week on Emmerdale is set to be a rocky one for Nicola King and Cain Dingle, as the pair are both forced to confront their crimes.
But fans will rejoice to find the teenager grooming storyline is finally coming to an end, as Jacob finally breaks free from his teacher’s manipulation and threatens to out her horrific actions.
When Maya stumbles and hits her head, however, will it mean the teacher dies as a result of her crimes?

Maya Stepney’s disgusting affair with Jacob Gallagher looks set to be exposed after she loses control of the schoolboy.
The sick teacher let’s slip to Robert and Aaron that Jacob is round their house in a bid to stop his budding relationship with Liv, but the jealous predator is unaware that the schoolkids are just friends.
Liv is pleased that Jacob has accepted her asexuality but as they are cuddling up furious Aaron bursts in on his sister and aggressively throws out Jacob, much to Liv’s horror.
Maya’s plan to separate them seems to come together, but her scheming comes to light when Aaron reveals that she stitched Jacob up.
Maya falls as she is packing – but is she dead?
Maya is crushed when her boyfriend’s son tells her to keep her distance away from him but the next day, she tries to get back in Jacob’s good books and apologises for her behaviour.
In a shocking act of defiance, Jacob threatens to tell David all about their extra curricular activities, so terrified Maya realises the game is up and decides to flee the village to save her skin.
While packing her bags, Maya falls off a stool and smacks her head – but is this the end?

The police come to take Cain away again

Cain Dingle is arrested again, after he believes the police are actually dropping the investigation over Joe Tate’s disappearance.
He gets a massive shock when he finds the police searching Butlers for clues, and rattled Cain fears he will be exposed and refuses to accompany the officers to the station.
This only arouses suspicion so they arrest Cain and drag him kicking and screaming to be questioned.
During the interrogation, DS Sanders reveals they have information that places him at Home Farm on the day Joe went missing, so nervous Cain flounders and confesses he did see Joe on that fateful day.
This could have devastating consequences for Cain, who has revealed he was the last person to see Joe.
The police eventually question Graham on his involvement
The only way he can get out of this mess is if Graham Foster backs his story – but with Graham’s involvement in Joe’s death shrouded in mystery, will he risk being exposed?

Cain is also desperately trying to see his son Kyle again, after Kyle’s gran Kerry took him away from the "dangerous" man.

A possible divorce could ruin the Kings as Nicola and Jimmy’s relationship is hanging by a thread after Nicola’s scheming comes to light.
She loses everything after Graham Foster discovers that she was trying to steal money from the Home Farm estate.
Graham gets his revenge on Nicola, but it has massive repercussions for Jimmy as well, which leaves Nicola fighting for marriage as she tries to make amends for her huge mistake.
Furious Jimmy doesn’t want to hear her excuses and ignores a call from his wife, while sulking Nicola struggles to accept responsibility for the damage she caused.
However, they aren’t the only family members hit by the devastation and things quickly go from bad to worse.
How will the children react?
Elliot is hit hard by his parents’ relationship troubles and runs away from school.
After self-pitying Nicola frantically searches and manages to find Elliot outside on the street.
The pair share an intimate moment where Nicola promises she will always be his mum whatever happens, and with her confidence restored, she goes to sort things out with Jimmy.
But can she resolve the conflict and get her job back at the factory?
