Despite proving his innocence tonight, it looks like Paul Foreman will do exactly what sister Gemma Winter predicted.
On Monday’s episode of Coronation Street, ex-con Paul will end up stealing Roy Cropper’s late mum’s diamond ring.
Roy later visits vicar Billy and asks him whether he had accidentally put his mum’s valuable ring in the charity bundle.
Gemma is, unsurprisingly, suspicious of Paul and confronts him. She discovers that he has already sold it to a trader at the market for just £200.

However she points out that it is actually worth £3,000 and the pair run off to the market to try and get it back.
Paul warns her that if she tells Roy about what he has done that he will tell Chesney about her past.
But the siblings encounter trouble at the market when trader ‘Big Garth’ refuses to hand the ring back.
The pair then decide to break into his van, but end up getting locked up in the back.

She is given another shock, however, when Paul begins to panic inside the van.
Gemma manages to call both Emma and Chesney for help so that they can distract Garth and let them escape.
After they help, Emma notices how Gemma hugs Chesney as a thank you and comes to the realisation that the pair should be together.
Emma finishes with Chesney so that they can be together, prompting the two kebab workers to snog.
The twins also manage to bury the hatchet as they admit how much they’ve missed each other.
