Holly Willoughby awkwardly moved away from This Morning reporter Alice Beer today during her head lice masterclass.
The presenter confessed she felt ‘itchy’ while watching Alice’s head lice busting clinic.
Worried Holly said: "It does make you itch talking about it."
She compared the lice to contestants from Love Island when Alice revealed they can have 18 partners in a row.
Alice said the problem, which is usually associated with primary school children, could be made worse because of selfies.

She leaned in to take a snap with Holly, but she awkwardly shifted to the side.
Alice said: "The whole thing with teenagers…you won’t get too close to me now."
Admitting the truth, Holly said: "No, you’re right."

Alice then introduced the presenters to Sienna, who was helping yo demonstrate how to comb hair to find head lice.
"Wouldn’t it be awful if we saw one there crawling around," joked Alice, before adding: "You don’t darling."
Phillip, who has two daughters, admitted he knew the pain of combing long hair.

He joked: "“These super lice climb out of your hair, walk down the stairs and drive off in the car."
Alice revealed you cannot prevent head lice and NHS guidelines say no to repellents.
She also urged parents not to book days off work as kids can still go to school.
