Tyler Jefferies is back on the cobbles and is at the centre of a shocking Coronation Street storyline.
That’s because the thug Tyler, played by Will Barnett, has been revealed as the father of Amy’s baby.
Tyler was 17 when he had sex with 14 year old Amy Barlow last year – and doesn’t want anyone to know about it because, if arrested, he could be jailed for statutory rape.
Ever since he first appeared in Weatherfield he has caused trouble for the Barlows.
He began hanging around with Simon in early 2018, who he introduced into their gang.

However Tyler later turned on Simon when the pair were caught trying to steal in Flora’s flat.
Tyler ended up throwing a jewellery box at Flora’s head when she disturbed them and, while Flora tried to cover for Simon, he told the police the truth.
As a result, both he and Tyler were charged, with the latter threatening Simon if he testified.
Tyler began his reign of terror on the Barlows by poisoning Eccles the dog with slug pellets.
He later put glass into a meal Simon had been eating at Speed Daal and went on to attack him in the street, but was rescued by Kate Connor.
Simon went to work at Underworld for protection, but dad Peter ended up getting shot by Tyler with a paint gun in a car.
Despite this, Simon still gave evidence and Tyler was given a youth rehabilitation order and was imprisoned.
But he returned in mid-November and attended a party with Amy and the pair had sex.
How will he react if Amy tells him she wants to keep the baby?
