In this day and age it’s shocking the things that people repeatedly need to be told.
Don’t eat tide pods, don’t give out your bank details to random strangers and most importantly don’t forget that Ted Bundy was a convicted serial killer.
If you think I’m joking about the latter, I’m sorry to say I’m not.
Netflix have reminded their users of the horrendous crimes Ted Bundy was convicted of in the 1970s, after many people began tweeting about how ‘hot’ they thought the killer was.

A third said: "I know he’s a murderer but we can say Ted Bundy is hot right? I mean Efron is going to play him. Feel like that’s ok."
However Netflix were having none of it and on January 28 they told everyone just that following the release of the trailer for Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and vile, the new Zac Efron movie about Bundy.
They tweeted: "I’ve seen a lot of talk about Ted Bundy’s alleged hotness and would like to gently remind everyone that there are literally THOUSANDS of hot men on the service – almost all of whom are not convicted serial murderers."

The post has gone viral with over 16,000 retweets and 87,000 likes.
Some 900 people have also taken the time to reply to the post, with some making jokes about a different Netflix show called You, in which the central character is a stalker and murderer.
Others were just shocked it needed to be tweeted.
"Your last few PSAs have me worried that they even have to be mentioned in the first place," said one user.
"The fact that this even needs to be said," added a second.
Netflix have been contacted for further comment.
