Ant and Dec IN TEARS on Britain’s Got Talent as Grenfell survivor performs

Britain’s Got Talent hosts Ant and Dec, along with the show’s jusges were left in tears as a Grenfell survivor performed.

Leanne Mya, who survived the Grenfell Tower tragedy, lived in the block with her partner Joseph and her young son when tragedy struck.

And on Wednesday, she amazed judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams , as she performed in the auditions at the London Palladium in the hope of going through to the live semi-finals.

According to The Sun, Simon Cowell called it "a moment with a capital M," and told the singer: "You should be very proud.

“It’s really important what you just did because it’s easy to forget something like that with everything that’s going on in the world.

"For everyone who lost their lives and had all this crap thrown at them, you’ve had the courage to come out here and pay tribute. You did something very special for them and for you.

“That’s what I call a moment with a capital ‘M’.”

Leanne gave evidence in the enquiry about the disaster, and shocked the crowd when she told them she had "survived Grenfell."

Later, Ant and Dec accepted the award for Best TV Presenter, despite Ant taking a great deal of time off after a drink drive crash in March 2018.
