Kate Wright appeared to be feeling reflective on Wednesday night, as she shared a series of inspirational quotes on her Instagram story.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who is engaged to football pundit Rio Ferdinand, posted a quote about cutting everything toxic from her life, and another about losing her connection with people.
The first post, shared with her 965,000 followers, read: "Every now & then a detox is neccessary. Cleanse the toxins from your body & life.
"That means negativity in all forms – food, people, etc…"

The step-mum to be also posted another quote, which said: "To find peace, you have to be willing to lose your connection with people, places and things that create all the noise in your life".
She then later shared a third, that said: "You are not required to set yourself on fire to keep other people warm".
The posts come just days after Kate got very real about the personal struggles she was going through – telling fans that she’d been struggling to love herself amid her anxiety.
She candidly admitted: "Most days are a battle with what’s going on in my head.

The reality TV beauty quit her small screen career on TOWIE after she started dating Rio so she could devote herself to looking after the three kids.
