Tokyo, here we come!
Netflix hit Queer Eye is heading to Japan for a new mini-series, Queer Eye: We’re in Japan!
The streaming giant confirmed the run of four episodes, which allows the Fab Five – Antoni, Bobbi, Jonathan, Karamo and Tan – to “forge relationships with four Japanese men and women from different backgrounds and cultures.”
This run will be apart from the upcoming season 3 of the hit makeover show.
In Tokyo, they will be "working with local tastemakers to make-better a new group of heroes, while they learn and experience Japanese cuisine, fashion, design, grooming, and culture firsthand."
Queer Eye has each of the five self-identified Queer stars of the show makeover certain aspects of the "hero" of the episode.
Antoni Porowski is the food and wine expert for the series, as Bobby Berk is the design expert, who usually does a makeover of the home of the hero.
Jonathan Van Ness is the grooming expert, while Karamo Brown tackles lifestyle and culture.
Finally, Brit star Tan France tackles the fashion side of things.
The third run of the series will air later in 2019, but the stars of the show have already had a special YouTube episode where they visited the town of Yass in Australia for another makeover.
We can’t wait to see what the Fab Five get up to next.
