Bob Hope shocked fans when he made disgusting comments about Chas Dingle, who is grieving over her baby.
Chas and Paddy Kirk’s storyline this year left fans in tears when their baby, Grace, died just hours after she was born due to a kidney condition.
But Bob, who has been fighting back against becoming homeless, was desperately trying to defend himself in a moment of weakness, and ended up offending Chas in the worst possible way in a random outburst.
Chas and Charity found Bob’s wallet around the barrels and worked out that perhaps he had been sleeping rough in The Woolpack, rather than finding somewhere to stay.

Proud Bob did not want to admit to this and, instead, took aim at the ladies, claiming he is holding the fort at the pub while they "wallow in family drama."
He said: "Do you think I am that desperate that I would stoop so low as to lie about my sleeping arrangements?"
When they asked about why his wallet was found, there, however, Bob went for the jugular.
He shouted: "How do you think it got here?
"Me keeping this ship afloat while the pair of you sit there mainlining tea wallowing about your latest family drama!"
At this, Chas looked shocked, replying: "Otherwise known as grieving for my daughter.

Fans were utterly shocked at his outburst, and took to social media to defend Chas over his nasty comments.
One said: "Chas has literally just volunteered to help Bob and Bob has been rude and ungrateful. Very hard to feel sorry for him when he’s not being honest. # Emmerdale"
Another said: "Ffs Bob, they only wanted to help and you just threw Chas and Paddy for grieving for their daughter back in her face # Emmerdale"
