The Chase fans were convinced the team should not have won tonight’s show because of a wrong answer.
Some viewers believed that contestant Sandie incorrectly answered the first question in the final Chase – but was still given a point.
The 64-year-old grandma, from Glasgow, helped her team to a nail-biting victory against The Chaser which went down to the wire.
Sandie and her teammates Jack and Richie celebrated as they scooped a massive £17,000 prize fund.
As they were just one point away from being caught by The Vixen, some viewers claimed they should not have won the money because they actually got the Princess Diana question ‘wrong’.

- The Chase grandma stuns Bradley Walsh with hilarious STRIPPER confession
Presenter Bradley Walsh asked: "Which royal woman was nicknamed Lady Di?"
There was some confusion over Sandie’s answer due to her Glaswegian accent.
On second viewing it did appear that she was correct, but there were claims that she had incorrectly said "Princess Diane".
Bradley accepted the answer
The team went home with a share of £17,000
Despite the evidence, some The Chase viewers still took to Twitter to claim she got the question wrong.
One viewer said: "She was Diana not Diane, right?"
"She also said princess Diane," added another.
A third said: "The team shouldn’t have won because the lady got the princess di question wrong."
Sandie used to be a STRIPPER
Sandie also got viewers’ attention when she made a shocking confession to Bradley.
Sandie said: "I’m retired. I was a contract manager in the catering industry. I’ve also worked as an estate agent for a while, I worked as a stripper for a few years and also in driving."
Pulling her up, stunned Brad asked: "Did you say stripper?"
Brad was speechless
When Sandie confirmed his hearing was fine, he added: "As in what?"
Fortunately for Brad, who looked like he was about to feint, Sandie revealed she used to be a "furniture stripper".
With his eyes bulging, Brad said: "That’ll take some people by surprise. There’s four million people at home gone like that."
