Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were shocked to speak to a women who has stockpiled months of food in case of a ‘no deal’ Brexit .
Nevine Mann spoke to the pair on This Morning to describe her family’s plans to get through a ‘no deal’ Brexit – through "Brexit-proofing her life" and the life of her families.
She told the presenting pair: "We’ve basically been buying extra bits of things we’d normally be buying predominantly, just to make sure that if ther are any problems with supplies in the event of a no deal, we have food for ourselves and our family."

Phil seemed shocked when she revealed they had food for at least four to six months, and they had even continued growing in their vegetable patch, sorted out a water filtering system and got solar panels in fear that Brexit could lead to the end of supplies.
When asked about medicines, Nevine suggested it was very hard to stockpile medicines, even though without some of the medicines they need, her son would not be able to go out for "six months of the year" due to a major allergy.
Phil looked totally stunned by her confessions, asking what she would do if nothing happens and she is left with the food.
