Nick Knowles has revealed the I’m A Celebrity production team "tried to make things difficult" for the celebrities.
He revealed he lost almost a kilogram of weight a day, that they almost had trench foot after living in wet conditions for such a long time and it was tough having to walk around to try and walk up and down steps to get water every day.
But he also admitted he intends to put his budgie smugglers up for auction to help a young man get an operation in America.
Nick told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield: "Before we got together there’s only one chance to talk off camera, which is the bit between leaving camp and a Bushtucker Trial.

"We said, ‘they’re going to do anything they can to get under our skin, so if we get tighter the tougher it gets for them.’
"They try to get you under your skin – they make you tired, they make you hungry… it’s us vs. them. You set yourself up, it’s not us vs the production team but if you get into that mindset you, bond together.
"Like if they leave the canopy open and the bed is wet and they say, ‘you have to sleep in a wet bed.’"

Nick added: "It was a game, we had a great time."
But now the WhatsApp group with celebs from the jungle, according to Nick, is full of them trying to stop eachother from eating in the early hours of the morning as a result of being starved for so long.
Nick added: "I couldn’t eat for about five days, then went into super shock and I’ve just managed to get myself to stop eating.
