Two separate rows today have revealed the secret tensions bubbling away on the Dancing On Ice set – with more than one star at risk of being reprimanded for their behaviour.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield issued a thinly veiled warning to Gemma Collins this morning after her constant lateness and lazy attitude towards keeping other people waiting.
And Megan Barton-Hanson has just lobbed a fiery grenade into her boyfriend Wes Nelson’s rehearsal time this week, after going in on his skate partner Vanessa Bauer’s "tactical breakup" from her boyfriend Louis Nathaniel.
Although the ITV talent show is only in its third week, it looks like a number of heated arguments have already broken out.
- Furious Holly Willoughby SLAMS Dancing On Ice diva Gemma Collins as unprofessional
Gemma Collins has been slated by Holly and Phil over her diva behaviour
Gemma, it transpired, left Sunday night’s live show early because she got bored, telling Kem Cetinay that she went home because she was fed up of watching.
She had previously skated on the launch night, so had to sit out last night’s episode to give the other six celebrities their debut performance.
But, clearly feeling sidelined without the cameras on her, the TOWIE star made a quick exit to head home to Essex without telling any of the producers.
Dancing On Ice hosts Holly and Phil were furious with her behaviour, telling Kem on today’s This Morning that it was unprofessional of her.
It also emerged she’d kept the entire DoI set waiting while she had a nap, despite judges Jane Torvill and Chris Dead – plus all of the pro skaters and celebrities – all taking their places in the studio for the dress rehearsal.

Gemma has refused to apologise for turning up late
"I love Gemma, I’m a big fan of hers and I love her on the show. But I do think there has to be a bit of professionalism that comes into any work you do, just a bit of pride in your work," Holly said today.
"In all my years of television, I have never kept an entire studio waiting," Phil said quietly.
"I love that side of her [Gemma’s alter-ego The GC] but professionalism will always outweigh any of that diva behaviour," Holly added. devastatingly.
As yet, Gemma hasn’t responded to the hosts’ criticism – she may well still be napping, of course.
And a show insider insisted to Mirror Online that the other skaters don’t mind her diva behaviour.
- Wes Nelson teases ‘chemistry’ with DOI pro Vanessa Bauer as she splits with boyfriend
"Anyone can see from Gemma’s frequent social media posts while on set that there are no tensions with the other skaters," they said.
Just hours after the Holly and Phil drama, Love Island’s Megan took to her Instagram to slag off pro skater Vanessa’s "tactical" timing in announcing her split from partner Louis after two years.
Sparking rumours of jealousy, Megan claimed 22-year-old Vanessa had refused to invite her to training sessions and accused the figure-skater of not wanting to meet her at last night’s live show.
"Love that you decide to announce your breakup with your boyfriend on the night of your 1st performance with my boyfriend!" she wrote on Instagram this afternoon.
"You’ve never reached out to me once or invited me to watch you train, it pained you to introduce yourself to me last night you didn’t even look me in the eye LOL."

Megan added: "Hope the tactical breakup got your the headlines you wanted babe."
Her furious rant came just minutes after Wes stirred up some bad blood of his own – with Dancing On Ice pro Matt Evers.
Matt – who funnily enough is partnered with Gemma this series – had made a few comments about Megan’s face of thunder as she sat rink-side to watch Wes’s debut performance last night.
The cameras had picked up Megan’s expression as she watched her boyfriend dance with Vanessa like a hawk.
Matt told Heart Radio this morning that the blonde Love Island bombshell should be more supportive of her boyfriend.

"Her and I aren’t necessarily best of friends through things that she has said about our show previously," Matt told the radio show, referring to Megan’s comments about men wearing sequins looking "unmanly".
"And again like I said earlier on the show here, I will defend Dancing On Ice. It is not unmanly to wear sequins and lycra, OK? And when I pick girls up on my head – previously on the series not with [current partner Gemma Collins] – however yeah…
"I just want Megan to enjoy life. You know what I mean?"
He added: "She did look a little bit sour last night. Be supportive of your boyfriend. You know, he’s working his little tail off right now and he was fantastic."
Wes reacted with fury, accusing Matt of being "hungry" for headlines.
Megs gone out of her way to support me cheering me on and you still beg headlines attacking her," he wrote.
- Wes Nelson takes sly swipe at Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer as he insists he and Megan are ‘real’
Wes and Vanessa have been spending lots of time together training
"Give the damn girl a break. I can assure you shes fully supportive of me and my career. She’s human and can’t smile two hours in a row.
"Oh and give it a rest with this Dancing On Ice curse bollocks it’s laughable," he added.
Wes and Megan have already started facing speculation about the ‘Curse’, given how intense and intimate the training can be.
And Wes has admitted at the weekend that he’s spending more time with his beautiful ice partner than he is with Megan, telling the Daily Star that it’s been "difficult".
- Megan Barton Hanson labels Wes Nelson a ‘little s***’ during double piercing ahead of Dancing on Ice launch
Vanessa announced her split from boyfriend Louis shortly before her and Wes’ debut performance
Wes has admitted he’s not spent enough time with Megan recently because of gruelling training
"They’ve not met yet, but Megs will meet Vanessa tomorrow. She’s not been down to training yet as she’s been way too busy doing her own things.
"She’s so sweet and is super excited to meet Vanessa, as well as everyone else. Luckily she’s not the jealous type, and this is my career."
Even if it’s not jealousy igniting her fury, Megan’s divisive behaviour could well wreck havoc on set and disrupt Wes’ rehearsal time – putting his shot at the DoI trophy at risk.
