Chris Hughes has sent a heartfelt message after his brother Ben was diagnosed with testicular cancer.
The Love Island star conducted a testicle check live on This Morning to raise awareness for the issue and to get more men checking for cancer.
It sparked his brother Ben’s decision to do the same, and sadly he was then diagnosed with cancer yesterday after telling Chris he had found a lump.
Chris sent a video message to the This Morning team to thank them for allowing him to do the segment, and share what is going on in the family.

He said: "Morning everybody, I hope you’re all well. I just want to thank This Morning for letting me come on the show and do the live testicular examination the other month.
"It’s very important for me and we had a bit of sad news yesterday that my brother had been diagnosed with testicular cancer. He popped into my room the day after I did the live testicular examination, saying he’d checked himself and he’d found a lump and I told him to go and get it checked out, which he did.
"He got the results yesterday afternoon that it is testicular cancer very unfortunately, but hopefully he’s found it in an early stage, which is obviously vital, and we await the prognosis results.

"Hopefully it hasn’t spread, which is the most important thing. With that I want to urge everybody to get yourself checked out, make sure you do it, don’t negelect it.
"It is so easy to neglect, men across the world do that – it’s easy to ignore but make sure you get yourself checked. Fingers crossed for my brother and hopefully he recovers well."
Dr Chris, the show’s health editor, gave Chris the examination live on air in an awareness month, after which Dr Hilary showed how to perform a breast examination.
