Viewers of Netflix’s horrifying new series You have claimed they have been ‘unable to sleep’ after watching the scary new drama.
The American psychological thriller, based on the 2014 novel of the same name by Caroline Kepnes, follows a charming but creepy sralker.
New York bookshop owner Joe Goldberg, played by Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley, falls in love with a customer named Guinevere Beck, played by Elizabeth Lail.
Hunky Joe quickly becomes dangerously obsessed with the aspiring and goes to increasingly extreme levels to keep her by his side.
The horrifying series, which came onto Netflix on Boxing Day, explores the dangers of social media culture with an emphasis on a lack of digital privacy.

Terrified You viewers took to Twitter after watching the horrifying Netflix series.
One scared viewer said: "Just started watching #YOU and 12 minutes into the pilot, I got so paranoid I had to secure all my profiles. S***, it’s so terrifying"
