Harry Redknapp has revealed he secretly thought Emily Atack had ‘no chance’ with his son Jamie despite telling her they’d be a great match during a conversation in camp.
But speaking after the I’m A Celebrity final, Harry said he might have changed his mind on the union because he saw what the Inbetweeners actress looked like with make-up on.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Harry said: "I’ll be honest, when I saw her in the jungle I thought ‘no chance’ but I’ve seen her today when she’s scrubbed up and she looks alright I’m telling ya.
"She looks very useful," he added.
"When I saw her in the jungle I thought ‘no, you haven’t got a prayer," he said.

Emily looked glam after the final
Harry said she had ‘no chance’ without make up
Harry told hosts Piers Morgan and Kate Garraway, Emily was looking ‘fantastic’ after undergoing a glamorous makeover since her exit and he barely recognised her.
But some Good Morning viewers were less than impressed with Harry’s comments saying he wasn’t ‘doing himself any favours’ with such remarks.
Single Emily called for Jamie Redknapp to give her a call
But Harry said she ‘didn’t have a prayer’
During their time in camp, 28-year-old Emily made no secret of her attraction to Jamie, 45.
She cheekily asked Harry if the Sky Sports pundit was also single and was delighted when Harry confirmed he was.

An exited Emily took to the Bush Telegraph to ask Jamie to give her a call when she left the show.
And she’ll be pleased to hear dad-of-two Jamie gave a very sweet response to the attention.
Jamie, who split with wife Louise Redknapp last year, said of Emily: "She’s so sweet in the programme.
"It was such a nice conversation and I thought ‘all right dad, where are you going with this one?’
"It was funny the way she handled it afterwards, it did make me laugh. He’s like Tinder in there, dad is isn’t he?," he told the The Sun.
