Nick Knowles has revealed that he has lost a whopping two stone after his appearance on I’m A Celebrity.
The DIY SOS presenter, 56, became the sixth campmate to leave the jungle yesterday and admitted that he was sad to leave.
Appearing via video link on This Morning, Nick admitted that he hadn’t watched much of the show so hadn’t really known what to expect.
He told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: "My family are all big fans of it and I’d caught the odd bit here and there but I didn’t really have great expectations of it. And I kind of thought because I’d done wildlife stuff in Africa and India and various other places I’d be able to handle living outside and doing other bits.

"But the bits that you don’t see very much in the programme are actually the things that weigh you out. You have to go to the bottom of a very steep hill to get the wood for the fire which you have to do about eight or ten times a day and then bringing the bags of water – you’re pulling about 30 kilos, those bags when they’re full."
He explained that going backwards and forwards from the trials on such small amounts of food made it incredibly difficult.
Nick added: "To give you an idea I was in there for something like 19 days and I’ve lost 14 kilos."
A shocked Eamonn exclaimed: "I might sign up next year!"
Meanwhile Ruth quipped: "I need to get in that jungle."
Asked who he would like to win, Nick said that he would either like Harry or Fleur to clinch the jungle crown.
I’m A Celebrity airs tonight on ITV at 9pm
