James McVey has taken some very generous steps to help I’m A Celebrity campmate Harry Redknapp make it to the final – by giving him half of his food rations.
For the last three weeks the celebs have been living on a restricted diet of mainly rice and beans causing them to shed a rumoured four stone between them so far.
After seeing 71-year-old Harry struggling on the limited rations, James, 24, has been giving him his vegetables to keep him strong, according to the Vamps star’s model girlfriend.
Kirstie Brittain said: "James is being generous with his food, giving it to Harry because Harry is struggling so much with all the meats.

"James is veggie so he’s giving Harry half his veg, which is why he’s gotten so skinny,” she told The Sun.
Kirstie, who has been with the guitarist for four years, added: "James was slim when he went in so he’s lost a lot of weight. Sair Khan told me how generous he has been. We’re not seeing it on screen.
"James sees Harry as a grand-father — it’s so cute. He really wants to look after him, which is why he’s giving him his food.”

Harry forced to eat disgusting critters in the Busktucker Trial
Former football manager Harry has endured one of the most dramatic changes to his physique because unlike his fellow campmates, he’s actually been turning down the food won in the Bushtucker Trials.
The daily challenges give the celebs a chance to dine on jungle delicacies, but ‘fussy eater’ Harry has preferred to go hungry rather than eat the likes of kangaroo and wallaby flesh.
Harry is now said to have lost as much as half a stone since arriving in Australia.

After his eviction on Sunday night, Malique Thompson-Dwyer, called Harry a ‘fussy eater’ and said he wouldn’t have made it through the gruelling trials without the campmates forcing him to eat along the way.
He told the Mirror : "A lot of the meat, because Harry has lost his sense of smell, all the meat just looks absolutely disgusting to him.
"There have been days where we have to pretty much force him to eat. He is a fussy eater so we try to make it as nice as possible. Like baby food."
A spokesperson for the show told the Mirror: "We monitor the campmates health and Harry is in great form."
