Cardi B has split from husband Offset after 15 months of marriage and five months after the birth of their baby Kulture.
The rapper made the announcement in a video posted to Instagram, where she filmed herself braless and wearing a bright red wig.
26-year-old mum Cardi told fans that she and Offset had simply fallen out of love.
She said: "So everyone’s been bugging me and you know I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby-father for a while and we’re really good friends and we’re really good business partners and he’s always somebody that I run to and talk to.
"But you know, things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time so I guess we grew out of love.

She said they fell out of love with each other
"We’re not together anymore," she confirmed. "I don’t know… it might take time to get a divorce and I’m gonna always have a lot of love for him ‘cos he is my daughter’s father."
The pair secretly tied the knot in September last year, taking the unusual step of holding the ceremony in the bedroom.
Cardi had to make the announcement after Offset slipped up and called her his "wife" at the BET Awards.
"Our relationship was breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other, so one morning in September we woke up and decided to get married," she said.
"We found someone to marry us, and she did, just the two of us and my cousin.
"I said I do, with no dress no make up and no ring!" added Cardi.
They became parents to daughter Kulture in July this year but in December decided to break up for good.

It’s been a tough for Cardi who warned she could face arrest after failing to attend a court date.
Cardi, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, did not attende a hearing related to an incident at a New York City strip club in August.
The Bodak Yellow singer turned herself into police in October and was charged with two misdemeanours counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of assault.
Cardi was allegedly ‘throwing chairs, bottles and hookas [smoking pipes] in the club at 3am,’ according to a police spokersperson. Two bartenders at Angels Strip Club in Queens, New York were also allegedly assaulted.
The bartenders, named by TMZ as sisters Jade and Baddie Gi, claim there’s been a long-standing rivalry between Cardi and Jade, because the musician believes Jade has slept with her husband, Offset.
Joe Tacopina, the attorney representing the two female bartenders, released a statement to CNN about the case in October.
"Cardi B ordered and committed violent assaults against my clients, and is being called to justice for her crimes. Apparently, she thinks her celebrity status puts her above the law, since she has bragged to multiple people and on social media that she orchestrated these vicious attacks."
