Danny, 58, is axed from the jaunt after being booted off Strictly following claims he made partner Amy Dowden cry by shouting and swearing at her.
Already barred from the tour is comic Seann Walsh, 32, who was caught snogging married partner Katya Jones, 29.
Red Dwarf star Danny denies bullying Amy, 27, in rehearsals, saying there was a “vendetta” against him.
Pals say Danny had a change of heart and wanted to join the tour next month.

A source close to him said: “Danny felt not going back would only have fuelled suggestions he and Amy had real problems.” But a TV insider said Danny’s name is not on the list for the tour, starting in Birmingham on January 18.
Celebrities announced for it so far are Dr Ranj Singh, Joe Sugg and Stacey Dooley. Danny was voted off Strictly three weeks ago after being in the dance-off for the second week running.

A Strictly spokesman said it was not responsible for the line-up. A spokesman for Danny confirmed he would not be taking part.
