“She’s tightening the bag up – very sensible,” Holly Willoughby says during the clip, as Dec Donnelly echoes her: “Very sensible.”

Holly continues: “You’ve got to go all the way down to the end of that tank.”

Sair is then faced with the challenge of untying a series of knots in a long piece of string to release a star – and crucially a meal – for camp, as water begins to fill the sewer around her.

Holly says: “You’ve got 30 seconds to get that out, you might have noticed the water level is rising a little bit there, Sair.”

“I hate water,” Sair quietly complains. “I hate being in the water and I hate confined spaces.

“But I’ve just got to keep calm… I’ve just got to keep calm.”

Sair, clearly struggling to untie the knots as the water level begins to rise further, exclaims: “What the hell?”

Dec interjects: “You haven’t got long.”

He warns: “That tank will fill up eventually.”

With the fear of drowning no doubt on her mind, Sair races to untie the remaining knots.

Holly encourages the campmate, saying: “Take a deep breath, Sair. Deep breath… get ready.”

Just in the nick of time, Sair is seen snatching the star away from the string after managing to untie the final knot.

She lunges out of the water-filled tank and back into the safety of the main sewer, as Holly asks: “Did you get it? Oh Sair, this is amazing.”

A visibly relieved Dec praises the star, adding: “Well done.”
