He was the shock first eviction from I’m A Celebrity – but were his campmates actually that surprised?
New footage reveals what the stars really thought about telly entertainer Noel walking that jungle bridge.
Actor John Barrowman said he believed Noel was first out because he was the last one in. In a clip shown on spin off show I’m A Celebrity Extra camp, he said: "Because he was the last one in, and they think the rest are deserving to stay longer.I don’t mean this in a bad sense, the original team and he was the one brought in, so they thought he should be first to go."
Whereas pal Harry Redknapp, who is favourite to win, said he believes that Noel will be "absolutely devastated" to be leaving so soon.
He said: "Noel will be absolutely shocked by that. Massively shocked. I spoke to him last night."
Although, it may be the easiest pay cheque Noel has ever cashed in.
Breaking it down, Noel was paid £54,545 a day, £2,272 per hour and £37 per minute.
On Friday night, viewers watched as hosts Dec Donnelly and Holly Willoughby arrived unannounced in the jungle campsite and called the camp members together.

Noel and EastEnders star Rita Simons were told that they faced being evicted, before Donnelly and Willoughby revealed the presenters would be the first to go.
"Am I supposed to look disappointed?" he joked after his name was called, and the other contestants gathered to embrace him.
Speaking afterwards, he told the hosts: "I’m disappointed and relieved in equal measure and so excited that I’m going to be back with [his wife] Liz.
"Since I came in here I have said I was just going to be myself, just open and honest.
The camp were in shock when Noel’s name was read out
"I haven’t done anything for effect and I certainly haven’t lied.
"I’m humbled and proud to have been part of it."
