Holly Willoughby is used to getting up early for her hosting job on This Morning – but working to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! schedule is a whole different story.
Brisbane, Australia, where the hit ITV show is based, is 10 hours ahead of the UK, meaning when it airs here at 9pm, it’s only 7am for Holly, her co-host Dec Donnelly, and the cast and crew.
Holly is used to getting very little sleep and still doing her job, as evident in that time she turned up to This Morning still drunk after a night at the National Television Awards.
But now, she’s having to go to bed at the same time as her three young children.

Holly’s days starts very early
Here’s a look at the kind of schedule Holly is sticking to these days…
Holly’s alarm clock starts ringing at 2am and she rolls out of bed at her plush hotel before being driven 70 miles into the jungle in a blacked out Range Rover.
It’s said she uses the time to check her emails and go over her lines and production notes.
Sometimes something as small as sharing an article with a mate can mean a lot…
There are plenty of things that make up being a good friend – checking in with someone, asking how they are, sending them something they might like, buying them a boat…(OK, maybe not that last one).
Small gestures can mean a lot to people who may be going through a tough time.
The Mirror is working with Dave and CALM – the Campaign Against Living Miserably – to say ‘be the mate you’d want’.

Dec and Holly arrive by 3am and immediately watch the best of the clips from the last 24 hours with show writers Mark Cowley and Andy Milligan, who have already been working on a rough draft of the script and some of the shows hilarious gags since around midnight.
It’s said she also has a quick consultation with her stylist Angie Smith to decide what she’s going to wear for the show, taking the varying weather conditions into consideration.

At around 5am the gang do a full dress rehearsal of the show on set, allowing them final tweaks to sketches and the script.
After that there is under an hour until the show goes live so they eat something and have make up applied and Holly gets dressed for the show.
The gang then prepare to go live to the nation at 7am.
After their show finishes at 8am, Holly heads to the Extra Camp set with Dec to do some more filming with Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett and Joe Swash.
At around 8.30am, Holly and Dec go off to meet the celebs taking part in that day’s Bushtucker Trial and film their efforts, but of course, we don’t see that until the following night’s broadcast.
Then at 10.30am, Holly meets up with Dec and producers for a post-show debriefing and a run-through of the next Bushtucker Trial, before finishing for the day at 11am.

The blonde beauty then tends to head back to her base to check in with husband Dan Baldwin and their children, Chester, Harry and Belle, before heading out to grab lunch while the kids finish up with their tutor.
Once school is done at 3pm, Holly might visit the beach with the kids before a bit of retail therapy or maybe a massage.
At around 5pm, The Sun reports that Holly enjoys a couple of dinks at boutique bar Halycon House, before FaceTiming her cat Bluebell.
Then at 6pm, it’s time to have a bath and get into bed to get ready to do it all again the following day.
Filming the Bushtucker Trials are a big part of her daily routine
Our source Down Under says: "Holly’s days have actually changes drastically since the weekend when her kids arrived. Before that she was going for dinner with Dec and his wife Ali in the evenings and concentrating almost solely on work but she has relaxed in the last few days and now has family time in the afternoon."
