Jameela Jamil has furiously – and hilariously – lashed out at celebrities who promote detox teas and slimming products online, saying she hopes they s**t themselves in public.
The TV presenter and actress took to Twitter to warn her followers about some of the products being pushed by famous faces on social media.
The star, who plays Tahani Al-Jamil in The Good Place, feels strongly about the products being promoted by celebrities and influencers.
Sharing a screenshot of a post from rapper Cardi B, she said: "They got Cardi B on the laxative nonsense “detox” tea. GOD I hope all these celebrities all s**t their pants in public, the way the poor women who buy this nonsense upon their recommendation do. Not that they actually take this s**t. They just flog it because they need MORE MONEY"

Jameela posted her own parody video
She doesn’t agree with celebs peddling products like that
She added: "If you want to “curb your appetite” eat some damn green vegetables or have some nutritious natural vegetable soup. Don’t drink these “detox” teas. You need fiber! Not something that honestly just makes you have diarrhea the day you take it and constipates you in the long run…
"Generally just don’t ever take diet advice from women who know nothing about nutrition/basic advertising ethics. IF you want to get healthier, talk to a trainer/doctor."
Jameela has also shared posts from the likes of Khloe Kardashian, Amber Rose and Iggy Azalea promoting similar products.
She even posted her own hilarious, and slightly gross, video parody, pushing her own fake product.
The 32-year-old said: "If celebs and influencers were actually honest with us about some of these diet/detox products…"
Her video took a nasty turn
She joked that she still felt amazing after three days on the toilet
In the funny video, she poses holding a milkshake as she says: "Hi you guys, I just had to tell you about this amazing supermodel shake I’ve been taking.
"I’ve only been taking it for three days and I’ve already lost 35lbs, and I’ve got abs. I’ve never done a day’s exercise in my life and I haven’t been on a diet."
As farting noises play over the top of the video, she adds: "Mmm chunky."
Jameela then runs off screen and reappears sat on a toilet.
With her make-up smudged and awful noises emanating from her, she continues: "I’ve been here for like three days, but I’m still feeling amazing, and so skinny, so discount code’s in my bio."

Jameela’s posts even saw her enter into a war of words with former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Perez Hilton, after he took aim at her.
He said: "If the detox tea people offered me money to promote them, I’m taking that cash!! I got kids! This Jameela Jamil and her holier than thou attitude!"
And Jameela hit back: "That’s a sad truth @PerezHilton and awful you don’t care about young people, other people’s kids, who get so f****d up by this stuff. By the time a diet company WANTS you to promote their product, you’re already doing better than most and don’t need the laxative cash for ur kids."
