Viewers stunned by Noel Edmond’s ripped physique will be even more shocked at how the 69-year-old achieves it.
The I’m a Celeb star endures a bizarre and fanatical health regime involving electromagnetic pulse therapy and “restructured” water, part-inspired by F1’s Jenson Button.
Noel, who turns 70 on December 22, also exercises very slowly in darkness for an hour a week while listening to electronic pulses.
He meditates regularly, avoids red meat, has several health shakes a week and a mainly “alkaline” diet.
Noel has said: “When I first started talking about all this everyone said I was going the way of David Icke. But I’ve actually taken the time to go into the science of it.
“I’ve spoken to people in sport, like Jenson Button’s team, and this is the way forward.”

Noel turned to unorthodox therapies in 2013, starting to use an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) mat encouraged by his wife Liz, 49.
The £2,000 pad supposedly stimulates “cellular resonance” with “low intensity and frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields”.
It is alleged to boost the immune system and circulation, improve sleep and raise energy levels.
A pal said he took a mini version to Australia and “slept on it on the flight so he could feel great when he got Down Under”.
Noel is also a convert to “Grander Water”, which purports to have been restructured into its “natural source state”.

He drinks five litres a day and even fills his swimming pool with it. “Noel swears by it and swims in it every day,” the pal said.
Noel exercises in “very short ten-minute bursts”, and enjoys manuka honey in his tea and coffee.
Asked in 2014 if he has cheated to stay looking so good, Noel said: “No. Nothing. No Botox, no facelifts.
“I’ve had two laser surgeries for my eyesight, that’s it. The rest is down to good genes and my unique personal formula for good health.”
Noel, reportedly getting £500,000 for his jungle stint, visits a reflexologist and it was there he discovered a spiritualist wish-fulfilment practice known as “cosmic ordering”.

He credits that with a revival of his career with Deal Or No Deal.
Just before entering camp, he said: “I meditate every day and it was very funny when someone said to me ‘you have gone New Age’ because it is actually old age.
“People were doing this thousands of years ago and it is very good for you to have a moment of peace in a busy day.”
Asked about EMP therapy, Noel has said: “I thought it was useless at first, but my wife, Liz, said she could see a difference so I stuck with it.
“I could see my hair was thicker, my nails were stronger, the exercise I was doing in the gym was becoming easier and less painful.”
He’s very particular about his hair too
Noel’s hair is something he is very particular about.
In scenes not shown on the main programme, he revealed that worrying about his barnet was the only reason he turned down I’m A Celebrity in the past.
Noel admitted: “Lets face it I have really wanted to be on this show for many years but always worried ‘what would I do with my hair?’”
Singer Fleur East, 31, is helping it stay in shape with hair serum she took on to the show with her.
Noel will stray from his healthy living only on his 70th birthday.
He has said he will celebrate in New Zealand with Liz and plans a huge BBQ with lots of meat and a glass “or three” of wine.
