Declan Donnelly mocked Anne Hegerty for a second night in a row over her inability to compete in tasks because of a medical problem.
The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! presenter was standing next to co-host Holly Willoughby while a teaser clip of tonight’s challenge, Hellish Hospital, played on screen.
As the camera panned back to the studio, Dec said: "The vote for Hellish Hospital is now open, and what do you know? Anne is not ruled out of this one on medical grounds!

Dec made another joke at Anne’s expense on last night’s show
"She is literally ruled in to something that is happening on medical grounds. How about that?" he joked to a bark of laughter from the studio crew.
Even Holly cracked up, telling Dec his joke was "so good" while struggling not to laugh.
Anne, who has Asperger’s Syndrome, a form of autism, has had to sit out a number of Bushtucker trials because of her health.
- I’m A Celebrity fix scandals: From ‘fake’ Bushtucker trials to the ‘papier-mache’ set
From the very first day in the I’m A Celebrity jungle, viewers haven’t been able to vote for her to do various trials because producers had already decided not to let her do them.
And Dec made a quip about her health on Sunday night’s show too, shortly before he and Holly revealed that Nick Knowles was the new camp leader.
Standing in front of the camera with a straight face, Dec said: "Anne was ruled out on this on medical grounds."
But a confused Holly interjected: "No, she isn’t."

Dec previously made another joke about Anne
"Sorry, force of habit," Dec quickly shot back, to gales of laughter from the camera crew.
Viewers have taken to Twitter to insist Dec shouldn’t be mocking Anne’s health.
One tweeted: "Wish Dec would stop making fun of Anne being ruled out of things on medical grounds & even though she can do this challenge, he STILL felt the need to make fun of her. They asked Anne to come aboard, they KNEW her limitations mocking her is ridiculous and annoying."
Another wrote: "Dec needs to stop mocking Anne for her Medical challenges. He is undermining what she is doing to raise awareness."
But others thought it was fair game, with one fan of the show insisting: "Snowflakes abusing Dec on I’m a Celebrity for repeatedly mocking that Anne is exempt from every trial. Oh do f**k off! And before someone says ‘She’s got issues!’ Firstly it’s a fact. Secondly she admitted herself on the 2nd day she’s lazy & wouldn’t get off her arse."
It’s believed Anne’s health has cost producers tens of thousands of pounds to get her on the show.
Anne’s The Chase co-star Mark Labbett – also known as ‘The Beast’ – has explained how the star was given a thorough check-up before entering the jungle, with the cost apparently running into tens of thousands.

The Chase star has been finding it tough in the jungle
"The medical they go through, Anne is 60 years old, not 21," Mark pointed out.
"The rigorous checks, the medical must have cost £20,000-30,000 per person.
"They can’t take any risks. If they say she can’t do a trial for medical reasons, it has got nothing to do with her Asperger’s or autism."
