Emily Atack has been delighting her campmates and viewers alike with her bubbly demeanour in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
But just months before she appeared on the show the Inbetweeners actress suffered two terrible blows in her private life.
28-year-old Emily lost her uncle Simon Barnes, best known for playing Tinky Winky in the Teletubbies, withing weeks of splitting with long-term love Jack Voucher.
At the time of Simon’s sudden death, Emily spoke of the tragedy on her Instagram page
Alongside a black and white head shot of Simon, who died age 52, Emily wrote: "My wonderful uncle Simon Barnes has been taken away from us all so suddenly.
"The kindest and most talented man you could ever wish to meet. Loved by all who knew him and will be forever."

Emily had a difficult start to the year
Emily’s loss came as she and boyfriend Jack, 24, called time on their five year romance.
Speaking about the break-up in the jungle, Emily captured viewers’ hearts as she confessed to still being heartbroken over the relationship that ended at the start of this year.
On Sunday she admitted to Noel Edmonds, 69, she was looking to meet the perfect guy after the split and had been unlucky in love.

Emily and Noel had a heart to heart about her relationship woes
Emily, 28, said: “I’m soul searching, I had a difficult start to the year. I had a break-up after being with someone for five years.
“I’d got into the habit of needing that security, love and acceptance from a guy to make me happy.”
She and Jack, who is five years younger, became an item after she spotted him working for US retailer Abercrombie & Fitch.
Emily and her model ex Jack in happier times
I’m A Celebrity Emily Atack’s ex was "so handsome she struggled to stand next to him"
But sadly romance fizzled out with Emily and the model who she described as so handsome she sometimes struggled to stand next to him at celebrity events.
In February 2016 they attended the premiere of the Dad’s Army film, in which she starred.
Looking back on a picture from that event for an article in May 2016, Emily admitted she found Jack almost too attractive.
Emily gushed over how ‘handome’ he was
She said: “It’s nice to look at a photo of my boyfriend Jack, he’s rather handsome. Sometimes I don’t want to stand next to him for that reason. He’s a model so is used to celeb events. I struggle getting ready for things.”
But it is thought things began to go downhill the following year. Friends close to the pair say it was a mutual decision to split up at the end of 2017 and the relationship had run its course.
