The stars of this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! are said to have lost a combined FOUR STONE in just one week.
It’s reported that days of living on basic rations of rice and beans mixed with the hot and humid conditions has led to weight dropping off the campmates.
Inbetweeners star Emily Atack has already shown off her weightloss buy lifting up her shirt to display her flat stomach and demonstrate how loose her trousers have become.
But it seems she’s not the only one who’s shed some weight thanks to their jungle diet.
Harry Redknapp, John Barrowman, Nick Knowles and Anne Hegerty are said to have lost the most so far, while Emily, Fleur East and Malique Thompson-Dwyer have all said they’ve noticed a change in their bodies.

Many of the campmates have been eating mainly rice and beans, especially those who started off their time on the ITV show in basic camp Snake Rock.
And even when they’ve been winning luxury meals, they haven’t always gone down a treat, with Harry in particular saying he was struggling to eat the unusual meats on offer.
The former football manager even made a quip during a task in which he and Noel Edmonds had to eat things like a sheep’s brain, saying it’s the most food he’d eaten all week.
An insider told The Sun : "It’s been a really tough week for campmates, especially with the lack of food and hunger.

"They’ve noticed weight falling off. We believe between them they have lost around four stone.
"What the celebs have been eating is very healthy – veg, meat and fish. This is absorbed quickly by the body. Medic Bob encourages them to drink three litres of water a day. It not only hydrates them but also helps fill them up."
However, the source insisted that losing weight didn’t do any lasting damage to the celebs, and that most put it straight back on within three weeks of leaving the jungle.

They said most of the celebs view it as a "detox", although they do find it difficult as they have nothing to distract them from the hunger.
