Will Young is pictured behind the wheel of his 4×4 during a six-month driving ban.
The pop star, 39, was taken off the roads on May 28 after crashing into a parked car in a lay-by and cannot drive until November 28.
But our image, taken on November 15, appears to show the former Pop Idol winner reversing his car while out in London.
Will was driving on the A68 when the smash happened near Earlston, in Scotland, on January 21.
A man had to jump clear as the star’s motor crashed into a parked vehicle.
Selkirk Sheriff Court heard the entertainer had slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting the man and lost control of his Mercedes G-Class.

His 4×4 was damaged but he wrote off the Nissan it hit.
Young’s solicitor said he had thought bollards marking the entry to the lay-by were in fact the road’s central reservation. The court was told the singer had been “extremely apologetic” for his “momentary loss of control” and sheltered the man from the cold in his car before calling the police.
Young – whose hits include Light My Fire and Evergreen – admitted driving without due care as well as driving at excessive speed for the weather conditions and entering a lay-by.

The star already had 11 points on his licence as well as a drink-driving conviction from 1998.
In addition to giving the ban, Sheriff J Euan Edment put five penalty points on his licence.
Sheriff Edment said: “I understand it’s been a momentary lapse in concentration. To your credit you pled guilty from the outset.
“You took the man into your car – dealt with in a very honourable and responsible manner.”
Young was unavailable for comment last night.
