This year’s I’m A Celebrity live trial will take place tonight – with an X Factor theme.
We can reveal that EIGHT celebrities will do the live trial and they will earn time for the three remaining celebrities who will then go on a quest to find stars.
The Trial is called The Jungle X Factor and producers have looked to The X Factor for inspiration.
A show source said: “This is going to be a great live trial with an X Factor theme.
“Rounds include The Sting Off; The Sick Chair Challenge; Judges critter-cism and Dread-lock. As you can guess there are lots of bugs and jungle critters involved.”

Celebrities will be introduced by Peter Dickson – the voice of The X Factor – as they sit in a specially created jungle themed X Factor ‘studio.
This one however has been constructed 10,500 miles away from the real thing in the Australian rainforest.
The trial will also feature what source describe as “special appearances” by X Factor Judges Ayda Williams and Robbie Williams and host Dermot O’Leary.
Before going into camp former X Factor runner up Fleur East was asked which was scarier, jungle bugs or Simon Cowell.

She replied: “We’ll soon find out but I’m going to say Simon Cowell because when you first meet him and know your career is in his hands he’s quite intimidating but once you get to know him, he’s actually really lovely and he’s quite a softy.
