Rodney Blackstock’s ideal night out shocked fans, as his slogan to entice other villagers in Emmerdale for a special evening was pretty X-rated.
Since the departure of Misty, Rodney’s much younger lover, he has been struggling to find his sense of self, and not getting on very well with his daughter, Nicola King.
So despite the fact he didn’t really fancy hanging out with Nicola, he tried to enlist her help to make up the numbers for the people going to his special evening event.
Rodney got Brenda’s permission to host a "Detox night," which had a shocker of a slogan.

His poster told people they could realign their chakras and cleanse their auras, before he told them to "drink my juices."
Tracy Metcalfe, being the least tactful person of them all, told him to perhaps question his decision on the slogan, but he said it "does what it says on the tin."
But fans did not miss the hilarious faux pas, taking to social media to share their shock.
One said: "I’m in awe at Rodney’s ability to get creepier and creepier with every passing episode #emmerdale"

A third said: "Every time Rodney says something it sounds creepy and uncomfortable. #emmerdale"
Another joked: "Rodney promising to cleanse auras with his magical juice is more believable than his relationship with Misty. # Emmerdale"
But the whole evening ended with a tender moment between him and Nicola, where their relationship started to get on the mend when he told her the truth of how much she upset him.

He said: "You stopped inviting me over, you stopped bringing round the kids to see me.
"You knew damn well how much you hurt me – you just stayed away hoping I would come crawling back to you and in the meantime you kept the kids away from me."
After his pained outburst, the pair rebuilt bridges and luckily, were back on the mend soon after.
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm and again at 8pm on Thursdays on ITV.
